SamajUnnati (operated by Zad Digital) maintains an absolute zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
The creation, upload, sharing, transmission, promotion, possession, or facilitation of any content depicting, encouraging, or related to the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors is strictly prohibited across our platform, mobile applications, messaging features, and community services.
2.Prohibited Activities and Content Standards
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any visual depiction, recording, image, or video representing a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct, or any computer-generated or altered imagery representing child sexual abuse.
- Grooming & Predatory Conduct: Any attempt to establish an emotional relationship with a minor to lower their inhibitions for the purpose of sexual abuse or sexual exploitation.
- Sexual Solicitation of Minors: Direct or indirect solicitation, coercion, propositioning, or enticement of children for sexual purposes in posts, comments, stories, direct chats, or group messages.
- Sexual Extortion (Sextortion): Threatening to distribute intimate images of a minor to force them into producing further content, providing money, or submitting to sexual requests.
- Non-Consensual Minor Imagery: Sharing private, inappropriate, or non-consensual images of children, or exposing minors to age-inappropriate sexually explicit material.

SamajUnnati provides direct ways for users to protect themselves and report safety concerns regarding any profile, content, or interaction:

• Web Contact & Reporting: Concerns and takedown requests can be submitted anytime via email to info@zaddigital.com or prathameshzad20@gmail.com.
All reports involving child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSAE) are assigned top priority for immediate review, removal, and escalation to authorities.
4.Investigation, Removal, and Account Termination
Upon receipt of a report or detection of potential child sexual abuse material or conduct, our moderation and trust & safety team acts promptly:
1. Immediate Removal: The offending content, media, or conversation is instantly taken down and quarantined to prevent further dissemination.
2. Immediate Ban: The offending user account is permanently banned, associated device identifiers and phone numbers are blacklisted, and all sessions are terminated.
3. Evidence Preservation: Relevant digital evidence and metadata are securely preserved in accordance with applicable legal requirements for official investigation.
5.Mandatory Reporting to Law Enforcement & Authorities
SamajUnnati complies with all regional, national, and international child safety laws. When we detect or confirm child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or child sexual exploitation (CSAE), we do not merely remove the content—we actively report the incident to designated authorities:
• National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC): We cooperate with and file reports through established CyberTipline reporting systems where required.
• National & Regional Law Enforcement: In India, reports are escalated to the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in) and relevant state law enforcement agencies under the POCSO Act (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences) and the Information Technology Act.
We fully cooperate with valid law enforcement inquiries and subpoenas to assist in holding perpetrators accountable.
